* CHOREOGRAPHED POSING ROUTINES FOR MALE AND FEMALE BODYBUILDERS ( must supply music and payment upon assistance , once routine is finished it will be mailed back to you in a step by step format by paper or audio , very easy to catch on ," practice makes perfect " ) - $150

* POSING PRACTICE ( BODYBUILDING and FIGURE )

(PURPOSE - TO GIVE THE ATHLETE BETTER STAGE PRESENCE and RID THE FEAR OF BEING INFRONT OF A LIVE AUDIENCE...)

~ WHERE: The Weight Room (OKLAHOMA CITY, OK.) located inside of the aerobic room.

~ WHEN: SUNDAY afternoons at 2pm - each class last an hour. Great workout for extra conditioning for shows. Class does involve some light d.b. use and mainly iso-metric flexing of the muscles.

BOOT CAMP:
WHERE: Rotory Park located at NW 56th Terr and N Tulsa
WHEN: Every Saturday Morning at 8am
$10 per class per person.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training, muscular strength, jumping rope, speed & agility drills, partner exercises, team development drills, obstacle courses, team competitions, and rigorous total body conditioning including aerobic, strength, core, & flexibility training, stretching and yoga.
