I have been to many gyms for the last 20 years, I go to them for about 6 weeks and then pay for membership for a year, until I found The Next Level. My personal Trainer, Pam Lowe, works with me 2 to 3 times weekly. She holds me accountable to workout daily with or without her. I do not feel alone in my quest for fitness and weight control. My trainer has me doing different things every time I workout, I am never bored and always encouraged to try new exercises. I have come to love Cardo boxing, I feel so empowered. Mark Haro has made the atmosphere at Next Level very welcoming to anyone who is new. He keeps adding new ideas to the gym on a monthly basis. It is not unusual to walk in and say "what is that?" You usually will be finding out on your next workout. I am very fortunate to have The Next Level as my partner for fitness, weight control, and well being.

I just got my butt kicked but I like it. Here at The Next Level Gym probably one of the coolest gyms I have ever been to. We don’t just lift weights we work on muscles I did not even know I had. They push me to the best of my ability and I always want to come back.

My name is Breann and I train at The Next Level Gym. They definitely kick my butt there, I am use to the weights and weight training regular cardio, doing the tread mills and all that other stuff. The Next Level workouts are totally different, we do all kinds of stuff that you just can’t find at your local gym. The workouts are one hour but, they seem to go by very fast. I train here at the Next Level Fitness with two awesome trainers Mark Haro and
Albert Haro. I have been in and out of gyms for the longest time, What, I really like about this gym is that the workouts are time effective. Your in and out in about 45 minutes to a hour and you just really get your butt kicked which is exactly what I need. The gym is like a One Stop Shop, you get a little bit of Boxing, Cardio, Weights and Core Training.
The Next Level is a phenomenal training facility for Kids, for women, for men for anybody that wants to strength train. I am extremely excited about training here and it something I am definitely going to continue to do. Thank you Next Level.

Hi I am Kelly and I am here to talk about what a great gym The Next Level is. I have been coming here for close to two years now my trainer is Pam Lowe and she has just been fantastic. I know she will be surprised to here that. I have never belonged to a gym this long in my life. It’s always you go to a gym for six weeks and then you leave. This is like a family here, I have gotten better results then I have ever had before. It’s not do the same old cardio same old weights. I do boxing , you’re doing different things , you’re pulling tires, you’re pulling ropes, it’s just been a fantastic experience here, and we get along, were family here. Mark Haro has trained me for a number of years. Currently, I am 44 years old, a husband, father of five children, and the owner of a busy law firm. I have little time (nor the inclination to be honest) to spend hours in a conventional gym.

Hi my name is Ed Ittero I train at the next level training facility. I have gone to other gyms in the past and I would have to say this is one of the better ones, .lot more equipment a lot less people, not crowded no waiting, I. worked out the Albert and he has put me through some really good workouts, boxing cardio workout. All the trainers are helpful always willing to give tips I noticed a big change in the last two months since I have been here. I lost 12 to 15lbs picked up some muscle mass. My endurance is better. I run a lot farther and I am not out of air as much. So it has really helped, my uniforms at work fit me a lot better. I have a lot more energy I don’t sit around on the couch as much once I started coming to The Next Level. It’s a great place to workout.

My trainer is Albert Haro couple things I like about working out here the training are very personal and very affective. The workouts are intense working on the areas I need to improve in my soccer and sports in general. Everybody here is friendly and supportive. It not intimidating to talk to anybody everybody just kind of helps you out. My results so far have been fantastic, I am running faster moving better, I’m feeling better and have a lot more energy during the day I like the fact that they work with me on my meal plan. It helps me get through the day. I don’t have to worry about oh I can’t eat this. It really helps. My endurance ah I last all day. Especially in school where my classes are so hectic I can stay awake and feel good at the end of the day. The next level has seriously changed my life. Hi I am Sonia apodaca and I workout at the next level fitness center I have been working out with Mark Haro for about 4 yrs and I lost 13 lb of fat and put on 10lb of muscle.
